On page 1411 of the print edition, in the Y-Site Injection Compatibility table, the entry for "Potassium chloride" should state a concentration of 0.1 mEq/mL. The correct entry appears below.
Please make this correction in all copies of Handbook on Injectable Drugs, 15th Edition, immediately and communicate it to everyone who may use the book.
